QT4-18 AUTOMATIC BLOCK MAKING MACHINE
It is composed of mixer. pallet conveyor. molding machine. block conveyor. hydraulic station and electronic console (PLC).A. The power of the pallet loader is provided by the hydro-cylinder. and when after the demoulding process. the hydro-cylinder pushes the pallet loader to place the pallets on the vibrating platform and at the same time push the products into the recipient block. Then the pallet loader returns and starts the next cycle.B.Material feeding system: This system is composed of hopper. feeding box. feeding platform and conveyor systemC.The casting system is composed of the frame. vibrating platform. molds and timing mechanism systemD.The block receiver is composed of the chassis. the transport system and the idlers. The product and pallet are transported to the front idlers with the motor. reducer and triangular belt. Then pass the products to the manual or maintenance park machines.
QT4-18 BLOCK MACHINE
The layout of the machine installation plan should be according to the area and technological requirements of the product. In principle. it should enable mixer. pallet feeding. host machine molding. conveyor. pallet curing and recycling without interfering with each other. It is suitable to make as installation foundation drawing.Before installation. the worker should prepare the installation plan and check the dimensions of the foundation according to the drawing and ensure that all the flatness is the same as the drawing and the foundation should be poured with cement.

Common blocks capacity and Block samples


Changing moulds:
1. Discharge moldTop mold up. mold down. feed box rear. pallet feeder forward and hopper closed. (The block machine has the feeding color machine. removes the bolt that connects the feeding color machine and the block machine. and pushes the feeding color machine). Mount the 100mm bottom mold. And draw the M24 spots on both sides which fix the molds.Next. place two pallets under the mold box. Press the mold box button and let the bottom mold fall out. At the same time. place a palette on the upper mold. Immediately press the "press head down" button and the upper mold towards the mold box.Use a wrench to remove the four bolts that secure the upper mold. Press the pressure head and ride up. Start the block conveyor. press the "forward" button. transport the upper and lower molds to the block conveyor machines. (Use a metal induction mold. spacing before the pallet machine forward. otherwise the pallet feeding machine will not move). After conveying the block. place the blocks with the small forklift.2.Install the block moldPlace a paddle on the bottom mold. then the top mold on the bottom mold. Place the upper and lower molds on the block conveyor machine using the small forklift. (Put 2-3 pallets on the block conveyor in advance and put 3-4 20-30mm tubes on the pallet). Swap the block conveyor machine motor sequence and let the motor downshift. Sent the upper and lower molds to the vibrating platform port. Manually push the upper and lower molds to the top of the vibrating platform (when the tubes are at the bottom of the mold). Assemble the mold box. Aim at the screw hole and fix the bottom mold. Remove the paddle and tubes that go down into the bottom mold.
